The submission form is now available through Pluto. Click the button below to be directed to the login page.
Step 1: (Lending Pad)
- Complete your Lending Pad file in full.
- Your Submission Form will be filled out based on the loan details you enter in Lending Pad.
- Assign your Loan to the Disclosure Desk. (1. New Loan Submission – Disclosures)
- Click Save
- Your loan will be sent directly to Pluto with the loan details from Lending Pad
Step 2: (Pluto)
- Go to Pluto https://my-pluto.com/
- Click on the New Submission page from the Navigation bar.
- Your loan will be available on the Prospect Loans section.
- Click on the loan to open the loan and complete the Submission Form.
Step 3: (Complete Submission Details in Pluto)
- Go through all the tabs and complete all empty fields.
- Include detailed notes in the Loan Officer Notes section,
- Remember to click the Save Changes button on each tab you update.
Step 4: (Click Submit)
- Click Submit to Disclosure Desk
- Located at the bottom right of the screen
