We understand how things come up, and timing is sometimes off especially when you’re in the process of making the move to join our team. Rest assured, we’re here to help.
We have limited open house and for sale signs available stored at our Pleasanton office. These signs are typically for our new agents to borrow, up to 4 at a time while they are in the middle of transitioning and waiting for their new Excel signs to be completed.
To check out our signs to borrow and schedule to pick up, please send your request to Admin@ERMRealty.com and Louisa@ERMRealty.com. Please wait for confirmation before visiting our office to ensure signs are available and ready for pickup.
All other agents are more than welcome to borrow our signs if they are available, but please don’t make this a habit. As a reminder, all agents are required to order their own signs, if they haven’t done so already, and should not rely on our signs to always be available to borrow.
